2017 Season Open Update & Hours of Operation

We will be open Friday June 2, 2017

*Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30pm – 7:30 pm

*Fri – Sun 8am-12pm

Price:    $4 lb

Please call the hotline at 352-466-0105 before coming out to make sure we are not picked out. Sometimes we have hundreds of people in a day. Our berries ripen over a period of 4 weeks, so we could get picked out one weekend and be ready again a week later for more berry picking.

South Moon Farms Opening Weekend

South Moon Farms will open for business Saturday May 23, 2015

Hours of Operation will be 7am - 11am on the following Weekends:

  • May 23 - 24
  • May  30 - 31
  • June 6 - 7
  • June 20 -21
  • June 27 - 28

What to Bring:

  • Bring water 
  • Sunscreen
  • Bug Spray
  • Bag or Container for Blueberries
  • Visor or Hat and Sunglasses

Pricing:

$5 Per Pound​ - CASH ONLY - NO BIG BILLS LARGER THAN $20

Our blueberries are at different stages of ripening.  Sometimes we may get picked out in a day until the new berries ripen.  Please check our website UpickBlueberriesGainesville or call our Hotline 352-466-0105 for updates prior to coming out. **We do not have bathroom facilities, the closest public bathroom is at Pearl's Country Store on 441 or Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings State Park on CR 325.
